Section C-4 is comprised of the State of Oklahoma and the Northern half of Arkansas. Formerly known as Sections 32/33, Section C-4 was formally established by Region C in January 2017 after Regional Realignment work was completed at the 2016 Alpha Phi Omega National Convention.
